Service Cancellation
You may cancel your wardrobe archiving service at any time by providing written notice according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Cancellation requests should be submitted with appropriate advance notice.
Item Retrieval
Upon service cancellation or at your request, all stored items will be returned to you. Retrieval can be arranged according to your preferred schedule. Items will be returned in the condition in which they were stored, following our standard inspection and handling procedures.
Retrieval Process
The retrieval process includes:
- Verification of stored items against your digital catalogue
- Inspection of items before return
- Packaging and preparation for delivery
- Coordination of delivery schedule
Retrieval Fees
Standard retrieval and delivery fees may apply as specified in your service agreement. Fees cover the cost of item preparation, packaging, and delivery to your specified location.
Refund Policy
Refunds for prepaid services are calculated according to the terms of your service agreement. Unused portions of prepaid periods may be eligible for refund, subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of service initiation.
