Service Obligations

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill, maintaining storage facilities according to specified standards. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about items to be stored and complying with service requirements.

Payment Terms

Service fees are payable according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Payment is required in advance or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Storage and Care

Items are stored in climate-controlled facilities using appropriate materials and methods. While we take reasonable care, clients should ensure items are in suitable condition for storage and disclose any special requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, natural deterioration, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, stored items will be returned according to agreed procedures.
